Synopsis (intro)

教会暦五二六年、魔女と魔術が存在する世界。半人半獣の姿で生まれた傭兵の「俺」は、自分の首を狙う魔女から逃げる途中、ゼロと名乗る魔女に助けられる。ゼロは、何者かに持ち出された自作の魔法書を探していた。傭兵は、普通の人間の姿に戻すという報酬で、護衛として旅に同行する。
